1. Who this policy covers
MG Automation is developing an AI concierge service for medical spas in the United States. This policy describes information associated with this business website and enquiries about our service. For enquiries or privacy requests, email mattgreenwaldbusiness@gmail.com. The legal operator still needs confirmation before publication. This website does not currently enrol visitors in SMS.
2. Information we receive
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the information in your message, and any name, clinic details, or attachments you choose to provide. Website infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times for delivery and security. Please do not send patient records, treatment histories, or other sensitive health information through this website or a pilot enquiry.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, assess a possible pilot, arrange requested discussions, and maintain relevant business records. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse. We do not use a general website enquiry as permission for promotional SMS.
4. Providers and disclosure
Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email, and business administration, only as needed for those functions. Responding to an enquiry and sending a promotional campaign are different purposes. SMS about an enquiry requires permission appropriate to that communication. Marketing or reactivation texts require separate, valid marketing consent. Having contacted a business in the past, or appearing in its database, does not by itself establish that consent. This website currently offers no SMS enrolment. Any future opt-in flow must explain the sender, message purpose, frequency, charges, and choices before consent is collected. SMS consent will not be required as a condition of purchase.
7. Choices and requests
You may ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided by emailing mattgreenwaldbusiness@gmail.com. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we may need to verify your request. For an enabled SMS program, recipients may reply STOP to end that program and HELP for assistance. Suppression or consent records may need to be retained to honour preferences and legal obligations.

A clinic’s own privacy notice and service arrangements govern its relationship with its patients and leads. If MG Automation later processes information for a clinic, the scope and responsibilities must be established in the relevant service and data-processing agreements. This website does not claim HIPAA compliance or suitability for handling protected health information.
