1. About MG Automation and these terms
These terms cover use of the MG Automation informational website and enquiries about our planned AI concierge for medical spas. Questions about these terms can be sent to mattgreenwaldbusiness@gmail.com. The legal operator must be confirmed before publication. Using the website does not enrol you in a pilot, create a paid subscription, or give access to a launched software platform.
2. Development status and pilot offer
The platform is in development. Descriptions and the illustrative conversation show intended capabilities, not proof of deployed functionality. Availability, integrations, pilot eligibility, setup, and timing are subject to confirmation. The planned offer is a 30-day free pilot followed by a proposed price of $1,000 per month per clinic. Scope, allowances, third-party costs, billing, cancellation, and any paid transition will be established in a separate written agreement before enrolment. No payment is collected here.
3. Permitted website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, submit malicious material, or infringe another person’s rights. The content and MG Automation branding may not be copied or represented as your own without permission, except as permitted by law.
4. Information and clinical boundaries
Website content explains a proposed business service and is not medical advice. The planned concierge is not intended to diagnose conditions, recommend treatment for an individual, prescribe, or replace qualified clinical judgement. Clinic professionals remain responsible for treatment decisions and approved information. Do not use this website for emergencies or submit patient records or sensitive health information.
5. SMS program status and scope
This website currently does not enrol visitors in SMS, and contacting us does not authorise promotional texts. Before any MG Automation SMS program is enabled, its actual opt-in experience and these terms must identify the program and match the configured messaging use case. Enquiry-related texts would concern a person’s request, requested meeting, or support conversation. Promotional updates or offers require separate marketing consent. Messaging operated for an individual clinic must identify that clinic and use its applicable notices and consent records.
6. SMS choices, charges, and help
If you later choose to join an enabled program, SMS participation is optional; marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. The opt-in disclosure will state expected message frequency, which must match the configured program. Standard messaging and mobile data charges may apply. To end a program, reply STOP to a message from its sender. To request assistance, reply HELP or email mattgreenwaldbusiness@gmail.com. An opt-out confirmation may be sent; further program texts must cease unless you newly opt in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not enrol a number you do not control.
7. Third-party systems
External booking, communication, or other services may have separate terms. Availability of third-party systems is not guaranteed, and a reference to a type of integration does not establish a partnership or live connection. Implementation details will be agreed with a participating clinic.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information accurate but may correct or change it. The website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or specific business results. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any obligations relating to a paid service will be addressed in its separate agreement.
9. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information associated with this website is handled. We may revise these website terms and display the revision date on this page. Material changes to an agreed pilot or paid service will be governed by its separate agreement.
